An Unfamiliar World is one of the "Tear of the Dragon" memories of Zelda found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
After Link completes the Impa and the Geoglyphs quest, he will immediately begin The Dragon's Tears quest. After Link approaches the back of the Forgotten Temple, he'll be joined by Impa and Cado. Here the two recognize the Geoglyphs that are on the walls. Impa mentions that according to the floor map, the second geoglyph can be found near Rito Village.
Location
The Geoglyph is found in the Tabantha Hills, directly east of Rito Village. From the Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower, Link can glide to the northwest to see the geoglyph. The small green pond can be found right at the center of the geoglyph.
In-Game Description
"Looking out across the world she's found herself in, Zelda realizes she's traveled to the ancient past and questions how she can get back to her own time. Sonia offers some helpful thoughts, but it's Rauru who realizes his older sister, Mineru, might know a way Zelda can travel forward in time."
Summary
Zelda begins to understand that she has appeared back in time to when Hyrule was first founded. Sonia reveals that she feels that there is a blood connection between herself and Zelda, implying that Zelda is a distant relative. She informs Rauru and Sonia that something terrible is happening during her time period and she must return to that era. Sonia invites Zelda back to the castle and Rauru suggests that his siter, Mineru, might have some ideas on how to get Zelda back to her era.
