Tears of the Kingdom
The first floor of the Wind Temple includes the deck of the Stormwind Ark. When Link and Tulin first arrive on the ship, they will appear at the first floor. The central Terminal of the dungeon can be found here on the deck. After Link and Tulin have opened the five locks throughout the dungeon, Link can access the Terminal to open the hatch. This will begin the boss battle with Colgera. Of the five locks, two of them can be found on the first floor, with the other three found on Wind Temple B1 and Wind Temple B2.
Thoughout the 1F of the temple, there are several Soldier Construct IIs. However, depending on World Level, these can scale up to Soldier Construct IVs. The constructs all wield Strong Construct Bows, but it can scale up to Mighty Construct Bows.
