"A sturdy shield loved by many an adventurer. It is made of animal hide and sturdy wood and is best suited to defending against weak monsters or animals."
— In-Game Description
The Traveler's Shield is a shield found in Breath of the Wild. It has a base Shield Guard of 4, and is typically found in and around the Great Plateau, either simply on the ground, in Treasure Chests, or in the hands of a Bokoblin. It is mainly wooden in design, with a metal band around the perimeter. Due to this design choice, it will burst into flames should it be brought near one.
