Milk is an item appearing in multiple Legend of Zelda games. There are many different varieties. Milk is held inside a Bottle and restores Link's Hearts.
Lon Lon Milk

Lon Lon Milk appears in Ocarina of Time and can be purchased for ten rupees. It is also found by playing Epona's Song in front of cows. There are two servings in one bottle, and each serving restores five hearts.
In The Minish Cap, Lon Lon Milk is bought from Malon in Hyrule Town for 100 rupees. It has the same effect as in Ocarina of Time.
Romani Milk
Milk in Majora's Mask is a product of Romani Ranch. It can be bought in the Milk Bar and has the same effect as Lon Lon Milk.
Chateau Romani
