— In-Game Description

Steamed Mushrooms are a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

Breath of the Wild

To make basic Steamed Mushrooms, either plants or mushrooms with no effects (as in the recipe below) or with clashing effects (such as Fortified Pumpkin and Sunshrooms) must be cooked together in a Cooking Pot. There is no benefit to using clashing effects in this fashion.

Versions with stat-boosting effects can be made by using complementary effects (e.g., Fortified Pumpkins and Ironshrooms make Tough Steamed Mushrooms) or by mixing a plant or mushroom that have an effect with a "neutral" version of the other (e.g., Hyrule Herbs and Sunshrooms make Spicy Steamed Mushrooms).

Tears of the Kingdom

Steamed Mushrooms can be cooked when mixing a Hylian Shroom and a Hyrule Herb. Other non stat-boosting foods, such as an Apple can be added and it won't change the meal.

Age of Calamity

The recipe for Steamed Mushrooms is obtained by completing both the Chapter 1 scenario Road to the Ancient Lab and quest Hot Meals in a Pot. Cooking it before a scenario will increase the movement speed of the player's characters by 10% for the duration.
