Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

The cave can be found just northwest of Selmie's Spot, which is also northwest of Hebra Peak. The cave's entrance is in the ground below an overhang. After falling down the first shaft, there is an opening to the south, in which the Bubbulfrog resides.

At the lower level of the cave level of the cave there is a small enemy camp with three Bokoblin and a Blue Bokoblin. Near the Bokoblins, there is a frozen ice block that Link can melt. A treasure chest is inside that contains three Wings.

Just beyond the Bokoblins, there is the Rutafu-um Shrine, which when Link examines, will begin The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal shrine quest.

The quest begins after examining the Rutafu-um Shrine. The green rock can be found in the freezing cold lake within the cave. Link can toss some Ice Fruit into the water, creating an Ice Block. Link can create additional ice blocks to get closer to the green rock and then use Ultrahand to grab it. After pulling it out of the water, Link can walk it over to the shrine to complete the shrine quest.
