Brightcap Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.

Brightcap Cave can be found just east of Rito Village and the Lucky Clover Gazette.
Deeper in the cave, there is a treasure chest that is surrounded by Spikes. Link can use a Fire Fruit to burn down the spikes to reach the chest, which contains a Frostbite Shirt.
In the large open room, just before the treasure chest, there are some more spikes higher up. There is a higher ledge that Link can use Ascend to get up on top. Here there is a Bubbulfrog that Link can defeat to get a Bubbul Gem.
Just south of the cave, on the higher ledge, there is an enemy Bokoblin camp, with a Boss Bokoblin. The treasure chest at the camp contains a Spiked-Iron-Ball Hammer.
Cave Mushrooms That Glow

Just outside of the cave, Link will find two treasure hunters, Meghyn and Nat. They came to the cave in search of Brightcaps. Speaking with them will begin the Cave Mushrooms That Glow quest. Link will need to give Nat 10 Brightcaps to complete the quest. While Link can get these Brightcaps from the Brightcap Cave, it is likely that Link has already acquired 10 such brightcaps, given their abundance in caves throughout Hyrule.
