This is a list of dungeons found in A Link Between Worlds.

Hyrule Dungeons

Eastern Palace

The Eastern Palace is the first dungeon in Hyrule. To enter it Link must rent the Bow and Arrow from Ravio. Link must defeat Yuga to receive the ability to merge onto walls.

House of Gales

The House of Gales is located in the southeast corner of Hyrule and can only be reached after completing the Eastern Palace. Link will need the Flippers from Queen Zora along with the Tornado Rod from Ravio in order to enter. Link must defeat the dungeon boss to receive the Pendant of Wisdom.

Tower of Hera

The Tower of Hera is located in the northern area of Hyrule and can only be reached after completing the Eastern Palace. Link will need the Power Glove from Rosso along with the Hammer from Ravio in order to enter. Link must defeat Moldorm to receive the Pendant of Power.

Inside Hyrule Castle

Inside Hyrule Castle is the last dungeon in Hyrule and must be completed after the three others and after obtaining the Master Sword. Link must defeat Yuga to enter Lorule.


Lorule Dungeons

Thieves' Hideout

Thieves' Hideout is located underneath a Gargoyle Statue to the west of the Blacksmith's House. It can be entered at anytime once Link reaches Lorule. To enter Link must fill in the missing pieces of a song dedicated to being a thief. Link must defeat Blind to rescue the Sage Osfala.

Desert Palace

The Desert Palace is located in southwestern Hyrule. It can only be accessed through the Lorulean Misery Mire, and after completing Thieves' Hideout and obtaining the Sand Rod from Ravio. Link must defeat the boss to rescue the Sage Irene.

Dark Palace

The Dark Palace is located on the eastern edge of Lorule, in same spot where the Eastern Palace could be found in Hyrule. Link will need to obtain the Bombs from Ravio in order to enter. Link will need to defeat the Helmasaur King to rescue the Sage Gulley.

Swamp Palace

The Swamp Palace is located in south-central Lorule. It can only be accessed after purchasing Bomb Flowers from the Bomb-Shop Man and using them to blow up the rocks blocking the path to it. Link will also need to obtain the Hookshot from Ravio. Link will need to defeat Arrghus to rescue the Sage Oren.

Skull Woods

The Skull Woods are located in the northwest part of Lorule. No item is needed to enter the dungeon. Link will need to defeat the boss to rescue the Sage Seres.

Turtle Rock

Turtle Rock is located in southern Lorule. Link will need to complete the Turtle sidequest and possess the Ice Rod in order to enter. Link will need to defeat Trinexx in order to save the Sage Impa.

Ice Ruins

The Ice Ruins are located in the northeast corner of Lorule. Link will need both the Fire Rod and the Hookshot in order to enter. Link will need to defeat Dharkstare in order to rescue the Sage Rosso.

Lorule Castle

Lorule Castle is located in the center of Lorule, in the exact same spot as Hyrule Castle in Hyrule. Link can only enter the dungeon after rescuing all seven sages and obtaining the Triforce of Courage. Link will need to defeat four mini-bosses, along with Yuga Ganon in order to complete the game.

Treacherous Tower

The Treacherous Tower is a place located on Death Mountain where there are multiple floors, pitting Link against a roomful of enemies and only letting him progress when all the enemies are defeated. However, once entered, Link cannot leave the Treacherous Tower unless he dies or emerges victorious.
