The Sonata of Awakening is a song featured in Majora's Mask. It is used to gain entrance to the Woodfall Temple and awaken some sleeping things.

How To Learn It

Link is required to sneak in through the side of the Deku Palace without getting caught. This requires sneaking past Deku Guards and using Deku Flowers. After doing so, Link will find himself in the cage with the imprisoned Monkey, who will teach him the song. After doing so, the Deku King thinks this is proof that the Monkey did in fact kidnap his daughter.

Uses

The main use of this song is to gain entrance to the Woodfall Temple, which is buried beneath the water in Woodfall. Link is required to play the song as Deku Link on the Deku Symbol for this to occur.

There is one other use. In the Swamp Spider House, there is a sleeping Deku Scrub who can be awakened via this song, revealing a Gold Skulltula.

It is played on the Ocarina of Time using the C-Buttons as follows: ↑ ← ↑ ← A → A
