— In-Game Description

Energizing Fried Egg and Rice is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.

Breath of the Wild

Energizing Fried Egg and Rice can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Bird Egg, Hylian Rice and any "Energizing" ingredient or ingredients - Stamella Shroom, Courser Bee Honey, Bright-Eyed Crab and/or Staminoka Bass. Eating it refills part of Link's Stamina Wheel, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

If ingredients carrying a clashing effect or effects are added, they will cancel out and leave the result as plain Fried Egg and Rice or other dish with no effect. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner. In addition, making an "Enduring" meal such as Enduring Fried Egg and Rice if the ingredients are available is always superior to an "Energizing" one, as Enduring meals always fully restore the Stamina Wheel and add Temporary Stamina on top, whereas Energizing ones at most refill the "normal" Stamina Wheel, and often less than that.
