Holodrum Plain

Holodrum Plain is a location featured in Oracle of Seasons. It is located in the region found in mid-western part of Holodrum. Link will first travel to the Holodrum Plain on his way to Spool Swamp in his search for the third Essence of Nature. Link will encounter Ricky, one of the three Animal Companions. Link will also meet with Mrs. Ruul, the wife of Mayor Ruul. Later in the quest, Link will return to the Holodrum Plain where he will acquire the Round Jewel, one of the four Jewels need to reach Tarm Ruins.

Features

Link must cross the Holodrum Plain, but can't due to lack of jumping ability. The kangaroo named Ricky is needed in order to navigate the cliffs and holes. A while later in the game, Link will achieve the ability to swim and will obtain the five Essences of Nature. He can then receive the Round Jewel from the Old Man in a cave on the east side of the Holodrum Plain.
