"The honey in this mushroom dish gives it a sweet, complex taste and a savory finish."
Glazed Mushrooms are a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
Breath of the Wild
Glazed Mushrooms are made from Courser Bee Honey and mushrooms in a lit Cooking Pot. Courser Bee Honey produces an Energizing effect by itself. As such, Hylian Shrooms - the only "neutral" mushroom - or Stamella Shrooms produce Energizing Glazed Mushrooms when cooked in a Cooking Pot with Courser Bee Honey.
To make basic Glazed Mushrooms, the mushrooms must include a competing effect which cancels Energizing out, such as Chillshrooms. There is no benefit to doing so, however.

Age of Calamity
The recipe for Glazed Mushrooms is obtained by completing the Chapter 2 scenario The Yiga Clan Attacks!. Cooking it before a scenario will raise movement speed by 10% for the duration.
