Iayusus Lightroot is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Lightroots found in the Depths of Hyrule.

It correlates with the Susuyai Shrine from the surface.
During the Camera Work in the Depths quest, once Link reaches the Depths, Ponnick points him in the direction of the Nisoij Lightroot. From there, Link will continue and eventually reads the Note on the Table. Robbie guides Link to the Lightroot in the distance, which ends up being the Iayusus Lightroot. Robbie can be found at the campfire next to the Lightroot.
Just north of the Lightroot there is an enemy camp with some Bokoblin and Moblin. A chest can be found here which contains five Giant Brightbloom Seeds.
