Witch's Hut

Template:Shop The Witch's Hut is a Potion Shop that appears in multiple Zelda games. The owner is a witch named Syrup, and she will brew potions or other magical items for her visitors.

Appearances

A Link to the Past

In A Link to the Past, the Witch's Hut is east of Hyrule Castle, found in Hyrule Field. In order to purchase potions from her, Link must bring her a Mushroom from the Lost Woods. If he waits for a while, she will make him some Magic Powder.

Link's Awakening

The Witch's Hut in Link's Awakening is found in the south of Koholint Prairie, right next to the entrance to the Cemetery. It is the home of Syrup and a rat, where she mixes potions in a large cauldron all day. Once Link finds the Sleepy Toadstool in the Mysterious Woods and brings it here, Syrup will make him some Magic Powder. He can return with another toadstool at any time to receive more of the powder.
