Offrak is a character that appears in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Offrak is a Goron child who peddles Fireproof Elixirs to non-Goron visitors in Goron City.

Tears of the Kingdom

Offrak is a young Goron who can be seen alongside Slergo. The two are also friends with Yunobo. Early on in the game when Link first appears at Goron City, Yunobo talks down to the two, bullying them to go along with what he says.

Yunobo of Goron City

When Link first arrives at Goron City, Offrak can be found at the center of town, where Bludo is yelling at Krane for eating the Marbled Rock Roast.[1] Offrack and Slergo comment that everybody is acting funny because of the marbled rock roast that President Yunobo is mining.[2][3] Yunobo soon joins, telling them to stop talking about the marbled rock roast and that they shouldn't worry about it.[4][5]

Yunobo gets in an argument with Bludo and asserts his dominance over him. He does so by getting the approval of Offrak and Slergo, who confirm that YunoboCo runs Goron City and that Yunobo is President of YunoboCo.[6][7][8][9][10]

After Bludo mentions Princess Zelda's gold hair, both Offrak and Slergo chime in, saying they saw a girl like that speaking with Yunobo about marbled rock roast.[11][12][13] Yunobo quickly shuts them down, telling them to quiet down if they know what's good for them. Yunobo then instructs Slergo and Offrak to follow him back to YunuoboCo HQ so he can get more marbled rock roast.[14][15][16]

When Link arrives, Offrak and Slergo are standing guard for Yunobo, who is inside with Zelda. The two don't like the person Yunobo has become, so they let him into the cave under the condition that Link asks him to stop mining the roast.

Inside the cave, Offrak and Slergo plead with Yunobo to stop. After Yunobo's mask is broken and he returns to normal, Offrak tells Yunobo that he was the one who said not to go near Death Mountain. Yunobo disregarded the two and went up there, but when he came back he was wearing the mask. Yunobo tells the two that he will return everything to normal, and tells them to wait at home.

Once the Goron Regional Phenomena has been resolved, Offrak offers some praise to Yunobo as the hero of Goron City to lift up his spirits. Offrak postulates that maybe Princess Zelda was one of the wrongdoers, and that perhaps the monster was impersonating her.

After Link leaves the area and returns to Lookout Landing, Offrak can be found around the settlement. Sometimes he can be seen rolling around the nearby path in a circle, and other times he can be seen peering into the window of Purah's research building. He says that Yunobo asked him to smash the faces of any monster who tried to get into Lookout Landing.
