Icefall Foothills Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Caves that can be discovered in the Overworld.

Tears of the Kingdom

The cave can be found at the far northwest end of the Icefall Foothills. At the west end of the foothills, there are three ice blocks blocking the cave. After melting the ice, Link can enter to discover the cave.

The first cavern contains an unlit campfire in the center and multiple ice blocks surrounding it, with one ice block containing a stone treasure chest which holds 10 Bomb Flowers and another encasing an Ore Deposit. Link can light the campfire to help melt the ice blocks directly around it, holding two Blue Bokoblin who will spring to life as soon as they're free.

In the back of the cave, there is a cavern with two ice patches. The first patch is on the ceiling on the right side upon entering. Link can Ascend up or break the ice patch and climb through. Here you'll find the cave's Bubbulfrog.

The second ice patch is on the ground in the center of the back cavern. Link can jump on the patch to break it and fall down. Immediately after the fall, there are two Black Bokoblin and a Blue Bokoblin around a campfire, two of them holding bows.

Otak Shrine

Main article: Otak Shrine

Between the campfire and the drop into the cavern, there is a single ice block sitting in an alcove. Melting it reveals the entrance to the last cavern with the Otak Shrine inside. The campfire can be used to light arrows on fire to melt the ice block, if no Fire Fruit is available.
