The Wind's Requiem is the first song that Link learns in The Wind Waker, allowing him to change wind direction.

Link can learn the song as soon as he arrives at Dragon Roost Island. Once he arrives, he can travel through a cave to the back of the island where he will find a pair of tablets on a small island. One of the tablets is broken, with other have the directions to the Wind's Requiem are written on it. When Link first attempts to play the Wind's Requiem on the Wind Waker, the Wind God Zephos will appear to greet him.[1]
