"Grants a low-level defense boost. This simple dish is common all over Hyrule. Simply fry egg until it's nice and plump."

— In-Game Description

Tough Omelet is a meal that can be cooked in Breath of the Wild. It is a variant of the Omelet and can be cooked over a Cooking Pot. The meal requires specific ingredients to make, which are listed below.

The Tough Omelet is made by cooking a Ironshroom with a Bird Egg. This will restore some of Link's health while also giving him a temporary defense boost. Link can add Tabantha Wheat to the meal to restore additional health.
