Tough Monster Cake is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.
Breath of the Wild
If Link cooks Monster Extract, Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar and Goat Butter with any Tough ingredient in a Cooking Pot, he will create Tough Monster Cake. Eating this will grant Link a temporary defense boost in addition to restoring a number of hearts.
Note that Monster Extract randomises the strength and duration of effects from dishes it is added to, along with the number of hearts recovered, so the results of the cooked dish can be unpredictable beforehand. As a dish with five ingredients, it cannot be further varied.
