The Legend of Zelda is a video game series created by Nintendo. All of the main games follow the tale of the protagonist, Link. The first game in the series was The Legend of Zelda for the Nintendo Entertainment System, where Link must rescue Princess Zelda from Ganon. As the series has evolved, Zelda and Ganon have returned in many other games.
