A Seagull is an animal that appears in many Legend of Zelda games.

Link's Awakening

Marin loves seagulls. She dreams of becoming a seagull and flying away from Koholint Island. If Link manages to to complete the game without dying, he will see Marin flying with seagull wings.[1]]

The Wind Waker

In The Wind Waker they come when Link places a Hyoi Pear on his head. The seagull eats the Hyoi Pear, allowing Link to control of its movements. Seagulls also gather in great numbers when a Big Octo is near. Seagulls tend to fly around Aryll.

Phantom Hourglass

Seagulls fly all over the sea. Link can shoot them with the cannon of S.S. Linebeck, and they will fall down in the sea.

Spirit Tracks

The seagulls will fly alongside the Spirit Train if Link is in the Ocean Realm. The doves replace the seagulls in most areas. If Link plays the Song of Birds, the doves will sit on his head.
