Phalian Highlands is a location from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Phalian Highlands are located just west of the Lanayru Promenade within the Hateno Tower region. At the center of the highlands there is a small forest with a Hinox located in the center. The Hinox has a variety of Hylia Series weapons on his neck which can be snatched, or which will drop when he dies. Early in the game, this will be a Traveler's Sword, Traveler's Claymore, and Traveler's Bow, but this increases with World Level up to and including a Royal Broadsword, Royal Claymore and Royal Bow. In the surrounding area, there is a variety of animal life, including Mountain Goats, Grassland Fox, and a variety of birds.
