Eustus is a character in Tears of the Kingdom

Eustus is a member of the Stable Trotters, a musical troupe who play at various stables. The Great Fairy Mija particularly likes his playing.
The Hornist's Dramatic Escape

Eustus has gotten himself in a bind. He was traveling to Rito Village to deliver some goods, but lost control over his wagon and fell in a ditch.[1][2] He won't leave unless he can get his wagon out as well.[3]
He asks Link for help, which starts the The Hornist's Dramatic Escape. Eustus makes hints of some magical ways that he can be rescued, such as the wagon suddenly taking to the air, or a ramp mysteriously appearing.[4]
In order to complete the Side Adventure, Link will need to get Eustus to sit in the wagon.[5][6][7][8] By attaching a Flame Emitter and a Balloon to the wagon, he can get it to float up. Link can then use Ultrahand to pull the wagon to safety. As a reward, Eustus will give Link some Courser Bee Honey.
