"Instantly refills some of your Stamina Wheel. The fluffy texture of this omelet is one of the great joys of this dish, as well as life."

— In-Game Description

A Energizing Mushroom Omelet is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Energizing Mushroom Omelet refills some of the Stamina Wheel, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Stamella Shroom, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Rock Salt. While cooking the Stamella Shroom and Bird Egg with no other ingredients is a recognized meal, it creates an Energizing Omelet, not an Energizing Mushroom Omelet. Adding an Courser Bee Honey (BotW or TotK) or Stambulb (TotK only) as the fifth ingredient still makes Energizing Mushroom Omelet and increases the Energizing effect. If an ingredient with a non-Energizing effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Mushroom Omelet or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
