An Electro Mushroom Omelet is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Electro Mushroom Omelet grants temporary Shock Resistance, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.
It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Zapshroom, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Rock Salt. While cooking the Zapshroom and Bird Egg with no other ingredients is a recognized meal, it creates an Electro Omelet, not an Electro Mushroom Omelet. Adding an Electric Safflina as the fifth ingredient still makes Electro Mushroom Omelet and increases the Electro effect. If an ingredient with a non-Electro effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Mushroom Omelet or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
