"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. This home-style dish mixes fluffy eggs with chopped vegetables for nutritional balance."

— In-Game Description

An Enduring Vegetable Omelet is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.

Breath of the Wild

When eaten, Enduring Vegetable Omelet refills the Stamina Wheel & adds extra Temporary Stamina on top, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Endura Carrot, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Rock Salt. While cooking the Endura Carrot and egg with no other ingredients is a recognised meal, it creates an Enduring Omelet, not an Enduring Vegetable Omelet, while adding an Endura Shroom as the fifth ingredient changes the result to Enduring Mushroom Omelet. If an ingredient with a non-Enduring effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Vegetable Omelet or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
