Whistling Hill Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Whistling Hill Cave is located east of Hyrule Field Skyview Tower and northeast of Lake Kolomo. Just outside the cave to the west, Link will find Kaffi, who is searching for the Great Bandit Misko's legendary treasure, but can't find the entrance to the cave. The entrance can be found to the east of the small hill and Link can break the boulders blocking the entrance with a weapon or a Bomb Flower.

The Bubbulfrog cane be found in the first large space, just after Link enters the cave.

Deep in the cave, Link will battle a Rock Like, and then a Shock Like, which guards an area that leads to the Rubber Armor. A second treasure chest can be found in the cave which holds a Soldier's Shield.
