Behind the Goron, there is some [[Marbled Rock]] which can be destroyed with [[Yunobo]]. Inside there are some [[Fan]]s and [[Rocket]]s. Link can attach Rockets and Fans to a Mine Cart and then speak with [[Mota]]. Mota will get in the cart and Link can activate the devices to launch Mota over the broken rail and out of the cave.
Take a cart in with you with as many fans as you find in the area (I found 5), then attach the two carts together spreading the fans out. Ask the Gorgon to get into the cart and then hit the cart to get it going. (Please note: not sure how many batteries you would need with so many fans, but I had quite a bit but I suppose you could always eat a Zonai charge.)
