Scorpis is a character found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Scorpis is a guard who can be found at the center of town at Lookout Landing. He serves as the manager of Lookout Landing. When Link first arrives, he encourages him to talk to Purah.[1]
After speaking with Purah, Link can talk to Scorpis again and he'll give a more proper introduction to Link. He will tell Link that if he has any questions he should feel free to ask. Scorpis will also open the Emergency Shelter, the hidden bunker found below Lookout Landing.[2] He encourages Link to drop down below and feel free to make himself at home in the vault.[3]
After completing a non-Eldin Regional Phenomenon, Scorpis can be found with Zorona and Kairo. Zorona is yelling at Kairo for not remembering how to reach Goron City. Scorpis will help to diffuse the argument, and Kairo and Zorona will start walking to the city. Scorpis will tell Link how to reach the area as well, telling him to look towards Death Mountain in the distance.

Link is able to speak with Scorpis throughout Tears of the Kingdom and ask him for the latest news. He will give a different answer, depending on the progress made so far.
