Yona is a Zora from Tears of the Kingdom.

"A royal Zora from another domain. Known for her kindness, she was Sidon's childhood friend and is now his fiancée.
She began assisting the residents of Zora's Domain in their efforts to combat the sludge as soon as she arrived. A match for Sidon's selfless compassion, she dedicates herself to helping the citizens of the domain."
Yona is the prospective wife of Prince Sidon. She runs the infirmary, helping victims of the sludge dropped on Zora's Domain to recover.
Link first encounters her talking to Khira and Chroma near The Turning Tide, a statue of himself and Sidon during the quest to enter the Divine Beast Vah Ruta that stands where Mipha's statue once did, which has been covered in sludge. After he cleans it with a Splash Fruit, she introduces herself properly as Sidon's fiancée. She says she is repairing Link's Zora Armor, but needs a scale from an Ancient Arowana to finish it - once Link brings one of fish to her, she finishes it immediately and returns it to him.
She also directs Link to go and see Sidon, at Mipha Court on top of Ploymus Mountain, saying he's working to treat the water of the Domain, but would be happy to see him.
