The Circus Leader's Mask is one of 24 collectible masks in Majora's Mask. When worn, Link can garner reactions from several characters as Link now looks likes the leader of the Gorman Troupe.

Obtaining the Circus Leader's Mask

If Link walks into the Milk Bar in East Clock Town and walks up to the stage, he will need to play the "Ballad of the Wind Fish" using all four transformation masks. When the song is complete, the leader of the Gorman Troupe, Gorman will be so moved that he bestows the Circus Leader's Mask upon Link.

Uses

Characters in the game will respond emotionally to Link when he is wearing the Circus Leader's Mask. Although this is not particularly helpful, when the scheming Gorman Brothers try to raid Cremia as she transports milk to Clock Town, they will see Link wearing the mask and won't dare to attack. This isn't valuable, however, since the reward for the mission, the Romani's Mask is required to enter the Milk Bar which means it must be obtained before the Circus Leader's Mask anyway.
