The Stamella Shroom is a type of mushroom and material found in Breath of the Wild. They can typically be found growing near trees across all of Central Hyrule, usually in densely-forested areas. This mushroom will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw, but can be increased if Link decides to cook it into a Toasty Stamella Shroom over an open flame. Stamella Shrooms can be used in a variety of Recipes, and they have an extra cooking effect of stamina recovery.

This mushroom can consistently be found in bulk underneath Impa's house in Kakariko Village.
