Mozo Shenno Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
The shrine is in the Hebra Mountains, which is bitterly cold. It is recommended that Link has armor with Cold Resistance, such as the Snowquill Set.
Shrine Quest: The Bird in the Mountains

Talk to Molli at Rito Village during the day to accept this quest.
The Shrine Quest is meant to help you find the shrine. Molli points Link towards the Talonto Peak and suggest he flies to the northwest from there. From the speak, if Link looks to the northwest, he will see the Biron Snowshelf, which from an aerial view, resembles a bird with its wings out.
