Honey and Darling

Honey and Darling are a dancing couple that appear in both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. They are so engrossed in their love life that they dance all the time, even at night.

Appearances

Ocarina of Time

Honey and Darling were first introduced in Ocarina of Time. When Link is a child, they are found dancing in Castle Town, complementing each other at daytime and ignoring Link, and talking to each other about how annoying Link is being during the night. When Link is an adult, he finds them dancing on the hill behind the Windmill in Kakariko Village, where they treat Link more callously than when he was a child.

"You're ruining our fun!"

— Honey and Darling

Majora's Mask

They also made an appearance in Majora's Mask as the owners of mini-game in Clock Town that changes everyday. Sometimes Link may have to shoot arrows at targets on walls, throw bombs into baskets, or use Bombchus to explode moving targets on walls, all while standing on a platform. Successfully completing the mini-game three days in a row earns Link a Piece of Heart.

Non-Canon Appearances

Oracle of Ages Manga

Honey and Darling are shown once in the Oracle of Ages Manga during Chapter 3 - An Old Friend: Ralph.
