Cats are animals that appear in certain Zelda games.

Appearances

Oracle of Seasons

Main article: Mittens

In Oracle of Seasons, there is a cat named Mittens. She is an important part of the Trading Sequence, where Link has to lure her down from a tree with Fish. In return, Link will get the Megaphone from Mittens' owner.

The Minish Cap

In The Minish Cap, cats will attack Link while he is in Minish form, and are mostly around the hub of Hyrule Town. Link can fuse Kinstones with Purry, the gray cat that sits on top of Hyrule Town's bridge, if he is in Minish form.

Twilight Princess

In Twilight Princess, the cats' main purpose is to provide Link with hints whilst he is in Wolf Form. While in Human Form, they follow Link in groups and can be picked up and carried. There are two cats that play a part in the story: Telma's cat, Louise, and Sera's Cat, also named Link. Many cats can also be found at the Hidden Village. The Cucco Leader allows Link to play a game where he meets all of them.

Skyward sword

There is a cat like creature called a Remlits who roam Skyloft. They become viscous at night attacking Linkbut are docile during the day.
