The Bremen Mask is one of the masks obtainable in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, given to Link by Guru-Guru.

Location

The mask can be found during the First or Second Night in the Laundry Pool section of Clock Town from Guru-Guru. He will talk about his past and then give you the mask he stole because he doesn't need it anymore.

Uses

Wearing the mask and pressing B will make Link play a marching tune on his Ocarina. Small domesticated animals close by will then follow the marching Link. It will also have the same effect on Igos' Servants in Ikana Castle, additionally making them cease attacking. At the Cucco Shack in Romani Ranch, using the mask will make the ten baby Cucco Chicks grow up instantaneously, one by one. Afterwards, Grog will give Link the Bunny Hood as a reward for fulfilling his final wish of seeing his chicks as grown roosters.

Trivia

  • The name of the mask most likely originated from the folktale The Town Musicians of Bremen, written by the Brothers Grimm. In the tale, 4 animals who have outlived their usefulness to their farm masters leave for the town of Bremen to become musicians.
