The Bremen Mask is one of the twenty four Masks from Majora's Mask.

Location

The Bremen Mask can be found during the First or Second Night in the Laundry Pool section of Clock Town from Guru-Guru. He will talk about his past and then give Link the Bremen Mask he stole because he doesn't need it anymore.

Uses

Wearing the Bremen Mask and pressing the B-button make Link play a marching tune on his Ocarina. Small domesticated animals close by will then follow the marching Link. It will also have the same effect on Igos' Servants in the Ancient Castle of Ikana, additionally making them cease attacking.[citation needed] At the Cucco Shack in Romani Ranch, using the Bremen Mask makes the ten baby Cucco Chicks grow up instantaneously, one by one. Afterwards, Grog gives Link the Bunny Hood as a reward for fulfilling his final wish of seeing his chicks as grown roosters.

Trivia

  • The name of the Bremen Mask most likely originated from the folktale The Town Musicians of Bremen, written by the Brothers Grimm. In the tale, four animals who have outlived their usefulness to their farm masters leave for the town of Bremen to become musicians.
