The Bell is an item found exclusively in A Link Between Worlds.
Link will automatically receive the Bell from Irene after completing the Eastern Palace. Once you receive the bell it will appear as a selectable icon on the Touch Screen. You can ring the bell to summon Irene, or her broom later on, to transport Link to any unlocked weather vane. A weather vane must be unlocked in order to transport to the location. The Bell can be used in both Hyrule and Lorule.
