Treasure Chart 33 is one of the 46 Treasure Charts found in The Wind Waker.
Acquiring Treasure Chart
Link will first need to acquire the Deluxe Picto Box, which requires Link to complete the Lenzo's Pictograph Assistant quest. This will allow Link to take color pictures with the Picto Box.
After acquiring the Deluxe Picto Box, Link can speak with Minenco, who can be found located just outside of the Chu Jelly Juice Shop on Windfall Island. Mineco tells Link that he always shows off her pictures of her, as soon as he's taken then.[1] While named directly by name, Minenco is referring to Lenzo.
Link can take a picture of Minenco and then immediately show the picture to her. Minenco will comment about how glowing she looks and thanks Link for taking the picture.[2] She will reward Link with Treasure Chart 33. She comments that her son found the Treasure Chart and thinks that Link would like it.[3]
