Tamio River Downstream Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.

The cave can be found at the south end of the Tamio River up on the cliffside. The cave opens up into a large room with water, where a Blue Horriblin and Black Horriblin can be found. On the west side of the cave, there is a chest that has a Knight's-Claymore Spear. The path in the cave to the southwest, leads to the Bubbulfrog.
The path to the south leads to a room with some dangerous Gloom Spawn. Up on the higher ledge when entering this room is a treasure chest, which contains the Phantom Armor. If Link has slip-resistant armor, he can climb the wall here. Alternatively, he can run to the back of the cave and destroy the Red Sediment. However, this will likely require Link to first defeat the Gloom Spawn and Phantom Ganon.
