Rospro Pass Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Caves that can be discovered in the Overworld.
Tears of the Kingdom
The cave can be found on Rospro Pass, along the path leading up to the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower.
Within the cave, there is an opening in the back-right corner, leading to a room that has the Bubbulfrog in it.
The Blocked Cave

Link will find Mazli, just outside of the cave. He was scavenging materials for Rito Village when the cave had caved in. He asks Link to use a Bomb Flower or a rock based weapon to clear the cave. This begins The Blocked Cave quest. After opening the entrance to the cave, Mazli will give Link a Red Rupee.
