Stand near the pinwheel and shoot all three balloon targets. A long shot bow such as the Ancient Bow will make it easier, otherwise you'll have to aim above the targets to allow for arrow drop.

The Floria Bridge is a long wooden bridge that extends over Lake Floria. The bridge connects the Lakeside Stable to the west, with the path that leads towards Lurelin Village to the east.

At the west side of the bridge, Addison can be seen holding up a Hudson Sign. Link can use the nearby restoration materials to help hold up the sign. As a reward, Addison will give Link a Red Rupee, some Stormy Meaty Rice Balls, and a Sleepover Ticket.
