Chilly Gourmet Meat Stew is a Meal in Breath of the Wild and a variant of the Gourmet Meat Stew. It can be cooked over a Cooking Pot, and requires specific ingredients to make.

With the addition of a Hydromelon, Chillshroom, Cool Safflina, or Chillfin Trout, the meat stew will become chilly. This will give Link temporary heat resistance, allowing Link to travel into much warmer climates without wearing proper armor.

If Link uses Raw Meat or a Raw Bird Drumstick as an alternative meat, Link will cook Chilly Meat Stew. Alternatively if Link uses Raw Prime Meat or a Raw Bird Thigh as an alternative meat, Link will cook Chilly Prime Meat Stew. Due to the larger meat quantities, the gourmet meat stew will usually refill more of Link's health than the standard meat stew or the prime meat stew. However, when cooking, a random factor comes into play and occasionally a meal will output 50% more health.
