The Wooden Bird is the tenth item in the Oracle of Seasons Trading Sequence. Link acquires the Wooden Bird from Syrup after he has given the Mushroom to her in order for her to finish her Magic Potions. When Link has obtained the Wooden Bird, he will then give it to Tick Tock in the Clock Shop to help him finish a clock. As thanks, Links is rewarded with the Engine Grease.
