The Wind Temple, also known as Stormwind Ark is one of the major dungeon founds in Tears of the Kingdom. It is the final portion of the Tulin of Rito Village main quest.
Gaining Entrance
After teaming up with Tulin, the pair will travel to Hebra Peak. From here, they will use Ascend and Tulin's Power of Wind to climb across several islands, eventually reaching the Sky and arriving at the Rising Island Chain. After island hopping, the two will eventually climb closer to the cloud storm, where they will see a bunch of floating boats. Link can jump on top of the boats to gain further elevation to rise above the cloud. The two can then drop into the center of the cloud from the top to enter the dungeon.

To complete the Wind Temple, Link will need to activate all five gears and then face off with the dungeon boss, Colgera.
