Tempest Gulch is a location in Breath of the Wild.
Overview
The Tempest Gulch is a valley located just northeast of the Rok Woods and southwest of the Akkala Wilds. The Gulch opens up to the north where it meets with the Skull Lake. There are five Fire-Breath Lizalfos found within the gulch and they can be defeated with a single hit from a ice-based weapon, such as a Frostblade or an Ice Arrow. This makes for a great place to farm Red Lizalfos Tails.
On the higher ledge to the north, Link will find a Black Hinox. When defeated, the Hinox will drop a Knight's Broadsword, Knight's Bow, and a Royal Claymore. In the area surrounding the Hinox, there are numerous rare materials to found, including some Energetic Rhino Beetles that are on some of the trees, as well as some Zapshrooms.
