The Silent Shroom is a type of mushroom and material found in Breath of the Wild. They tend to grow all over the place, but especially in forests, such as nearby to Kakariko Village, and they glow with a bright blue light in the dark. This mushroom will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw, but can be increased if Link decides to cook it into a Toasty Silent Shroom over an open flame. Silent Shrooms can be used in a variety of Recipes, and they have an extra cooking effect of increased stealth.
