The Pirate Ship is a location in both Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons.

Oracle of Ages

In Oracle of Ages, the Pirate Ship is found within the Sea of Storms. It can be found in the past, and in a Linked Game it can be found in the present. When Link obtains the Zora Scale, he is allowed to enter the sea where the ship is located. When on board Link will meet Cap'n, who then tells Link about his situation. After the Zora Scale is given to him he will give Link the Tokay Eyeball, and then set sail.

Oracle of Seasons

In Oracle of Seasons, when Link travels to Subrosia at a certain point in his quest he will find Cap'n and his pirates in the House of Pirates. Cap'n will inform Link about how his ship is stuck between two worlds, the stern of his ship is east of the house of pirates, and the bow is in the Samasa Desert. When Link finds the missing Rusty Bell, that one of his pirates were looking for, Cap'n and his crew will set sail. They exit Samasa Desert into the ocean, but they all soon become seasick. They stop at the Western Coast, where they will stay for the remainder of the game.
