Lon Lon Ranch is a place where you can go as a child and as an adult. As a child, you will find Malon, the owner's daughter, singing. She is singing Epona's Song, which is a song that will be very helpful later on in the game. You can play games in the house, and talk to the owner's helper, Ingo, who is rather rude and unhappy about working there. As an adult, if you come back, you will find that Ingo has been brainwashed by who he calls, "The GREAT Ganondorf." You can race him and beat him twice to win Epona. He then tries to trap you in the ranch, but you can just jump over the fence/wall.
