The Golden Goddesses are Din, Nayru, and Farore. When all was chaos, the Golden Goddesses descended from the heavens and created the world and left behind the Triforce and returned to the heavens. They are each attributed with a certain trait. Din is the Goddess of Power, Nayru is the Goddess of Wisdom, and Farore is the Goddess of Courage. Each of their essence inhere in the three crests of the Triforce. The Golden Goddesses tasked Hylia to protect the newborn world and the Triforce.
